Aliso Viejo, CA – August 27, 2025 – Following our previous announcement regarding a payment notice from Vacasa LLC, we can now confirm that a check for partial payment was received.

However, instead of representing a good-faith effort to resolve their outstanding debt, the check has become irrefutable proof of Vacasa's deliberate and fraudulent conduct. The most telling evidence comes from Vacasa’s own internal accounting records. Their AP Payment Register, which they provided, clearly designates the payment for the corporate entity “All Star Cleaning LLC”. Yet, the physical check they sent was improperly issued to the company’s owner, Radim Krucek, as a private individual. This is not an administrative mistake; it is a calculated tactic designed to create legal and tax confusion and to circumvent their contractual obligations to our company. This action serves as a textbook example of bad faith, and we have formally rejected this improper payment and issued a final demand for the full amount to be paid correctly.
