A Business Story.

My name is Radim Kruček, and I am the founder and managing member of All Star Cleaning LLC, a company that has been providing professional cleaning and maintenance services in Southern California, particularly in Orange County, for over 28 years. Over the years, we have worked with a wide range of clients, including several large property management firms.

In 2022, we began a business relationship with Vacasa LLC, a major manager of short-term rental properties in the United States. Our company delivered services including cleaning, trash removal, laundry, and maintenance across multiple coastal locations.

In July 2023, I was required to take an extended medical leave for several months due to a serious health issue, making me unable to personally oversee operations. During this period, our business relationship with Vacasa LLC underwent significant changes, which resulted in the termination of our contractual services and left a substantial amount of our completed work unpaid.

As of January 2025, acting as the managing member of All Star Cleaning LLC, I began formal efforts to resolve these outstanding balances through direct outreach. However, communication did not lead to a resolution. In May 2025, based on publicly available information, Vacasa LLC was acquired by Casago International LLC, raising concerns about the status of unsettled obligations.

On August 5, 2025, after direct communication failed to produce a resolution, our company took the necessary step of filing a formal complaint with the Superior Court of California, County of Orange (Central Justice Center). This action was taken to submit the unresolved issues for official review by the appropriate legal authorities.

The matter is now being handled by our legal counsel to pursue a resolution through all available channels.
