Official Position on Partial Payment from Vacasa LLC (55%)

On August 21, 2025, after more than eight months since our first demand, we received a notification from Vacasa LLC that a payment has been processed.

According to the remittance advice from their NetSuite financial system, the chosen method for the transaction is a physical check sent by mail.

The notified amount of $94,658.68 represents only 55% of our total, duly documented claim. We responded immediately and, on the same day, sent our official legal position to the management of Vacasa and Casago. Our position states that we accept this payment only as a partial settlement and an acknowledgment of the debt's existence.

All legal and regulatory steps we have taken to date remain in full effect until the matter is fully resolved.
